1. My twin sister and I say or think the same thing at the same time at least once a day. We look kind of alike too. (I’m the one in the striped shirt, by the way.)
2. I’m a sucker for a good romantic comedy and a cheap bottle of wine.
3. I used to hate cold weather, but now I’m embracing it by buying all the ugly fuzzy slippers I can and turning up my heat to full blast so I can feel cozy. The only time I regret it is when I open my heat bill every month.
4. I played the trumpet for 7 years. It took me until about the sixth year to realize I wasn’t particularly good at it.
5. I have a really weird obsession with the movie Maverick.
6. I could totally exist on cheese and chocolate, but try not to.
7. I have always had complete faith in Britney Spears.
8. I think my mental capacity for math is less than that of the average 7-year-old.
9. I am a horrible driver. I have had unfortunate run-ins with my own mailbox, garage, garage again, and plenty of curbs.
10. I love to travel and try to go to new places as often I can. I believe road trips are one of life’s biggest pleasures. I’m from Indiana and still live in Indiana, and it has its own charm, but it’s not the most exciting place on the planet. Sorry, Indiana. You know it’s true.
11. I love to bake but I can’t figure out why I almost always make unrecognizable lump cookies and manage to burn myself at the same time. I’m working on it.
12. My #1 goal in life is to write a best-selling romance novel. My # 2 goal is to be perfectly happy if that never happens.
13. My taste in music mirrors that of most 14-year-old girls. I’m ok with it.
14. I like to sing loudly during commercial breaks on American Idol. It makes my dog bark.
15. I believe that each day is a new gift, and we are all responsible for our own happiness.
16. I have a slight obsession with melted Brie cheese.
17. I get really, unreasonably excited about Halloween.
18. Whoever came up with the concept of a winery is my idol.
19. Sometimes people randomly ask me if I was a cheerleader in high school. (Y-E-S I W-A-S!)
20. I think people can learn a lot from dogs.
21. I find out something new about myself every day.
22. I love reading but could do without TV easily.
23. I love sushi but have to eat about 90 pieces to feel satisfied.
24. I have a horrible fear/hatred of antiques.
25. I want to find at least one way every single day to make the world a better place.
I love your about me! You are so cute!
#7. Love.
I love your about me, and I totally relate to #13!
23.. ME TOO!!!
ditto #17!
I’m #17 to a ridiculous extent!
I was # 19 as well! But people are SHOCKED by that, for 6 years 🙂
Mackenzie
hahaha fun list Casey! Thanks for the blog comment… glad you finally decided to get one of your own!
haha 7 is my fave too. My faith was restored when Blackout came out, and then Circus, I was like, ohh, Britney. Where have you been?!! Amazed.
What a great list! No wonder we were such good friends….3, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15 are all me also!
p.s. do you by chance remember the burnt molasses cookies i made for Mole day in Mr. Garners chemistry class?
Haha…mole day!! How awesome. And YES I remember! So glad we sucked at Chemistry together :).
I just found your blog and I am excited to keep reading! You are TOO cute!! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by my blog! Your ‘about me’ is awesome!! We feel exactly the same about traveling/roadtrips and brie… mmmm now I want to drive around and eat brie haha.
I’m right there with ya on # 2. 🙂
you’re so cute! where are you at?
New to reading your blog…but this list made me legit LOL. Awesome!!!
Plus I am on the same page as you for most of your #s. (Except your fear of antiques. They don’t scare me, haha)
No matter how crazy Britney gets, I still have faith in her too. Maybe that’s why I went to see her “Circus” tour and danced like crazy!
Haha I love this! I’m going to agree with #2 and #7!
I looooove your banner quote! I’ve never heard that before. I’m a sucker for great quotes and I need to add that one to my list :).

Thank you for stopping by my blog!!
Love, love your about page!
I agree with more of your fun facts than I can count! I look forward to reading more!
We could definitely be twins! 6, 7, 16, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 25 could have been written by me. Especially 18. Love it!
Thanks for stopping by my blog, I can’t wait to read more of yours! I too, have complete faith in Britney Spears. I always thought she had more staying power than Christina Aguilera
Ah just found you and I need to know more! (Apparently 25 things just aren’t enough for me. ;))
Where in Indiana do you live? I’m from southern Indiana! (Live in Louisville, KY now, though.)
In Indy! Aw really? Awesome! What town are you from? My BF is a Kentucky boy 🙂
I’m from Huntingburg (small, 7 miles from Jasper). I went to Purdue!
And my best friend lives in Indy! Yay I haven’t seen anyone in blogland that lives near me!
How fun! I’ve thought that before too…didn’t know if there were any other food bloggers in/from Indiana! We’ll have to be blog buddies 🙂
#17. Yessss. Yummy delicious totally good-for-you candy galore! 🙂
YAY – you’re from Indiana!!! I’ve yet to find another blogger from our wonderful, amazing state (and I’ve yet to think Indiana is REALLY wonderful and amazing, but, it’s home!). LOVE your blog. I’m jealous you have a twin….I have 2 sisters who are my very best friends, but I always wanted a twin. 🙂
I’m a HORRIBLE driver, too, but I have good luck I guess. I think it’s going to come back and get me one day, though – I’m really bad about getting….uh…sidetracked when I’m driving!
Hey Casey,
Thanks for commenting on my site. I started reading some of yours now, and it looks great. I used to be a hoosier too (lived in Indy for a while), but now am down in Louisville again.
With #23…. same here, I found the best way to work on that is to eat the pieces of sushi more slowly. Savor it a little, and be sure to take a couple of drinks between bites, and you won’t eat so many!
This is so cute!! I would totalllllllly be happy with no TV and a HUGE book shelf. We have a lot in common according to your list! 🙂
Thanks for stopping by the blog! I’m gonna go peruse around yours but I loooved your about me- wine, cheese, chocolate, Britney? – so I think I shall enjoy the blog lots. Melted brie has to be one of the 7 food wonders of the world. -Katie
Today you accomplished #25 and made the world a better place in (at least) two ways…
